The fishmarket at Harne in the Konkan coast is a veritable heaven for sea food lovers. Fresh fish caught in the morning is sold at the beach, There are different types of fishes and crabs and other sea food. It is the women who sell the fish brought in by their menfolk. The fish that is unsold is hung out to dry,Some like prawns are pickled,The connoisier and the gourmet are both   satisfied,
